1.Light and burn candle at least 15-20 min or until you see a full oil pool
2.Extinguish the flame. Do not pour while flame is on
3.Test temperature of oil on back of hand to ensure it’s not too hot
4.Once at the desired temperature, pour onto skin and massage thoroughly in gentle circular motions
